We were the shamans, the healers, the visionaries, the mediators, the peace keepers, the people who "walked between both worlds,” the keepers of beauty, the gatekeepers, priests, and priestesses, and many others; honored, respected and revered for the spiritual roles we fulfilled. Our heritage as LGBTQ People has been one of spiritual leadership. Not fitting into the box of religious traditions, how can we be spiritual leaders today in a world in need of spiritual leadership? How is the universe calling you to action?
This discussion, open to all, will incorporate ideas from the books Coming Out Spiritually-The Next Step by Christian de la Huerta and Gay Men and the New Way Forward by Raymond Riigoglioso.
