THE PERENNIAL PHILOSOPHY & THE PATHWAYS TO SELF-REALIZATION
Day Two: Putting Self-Realization into Practice
In this workshop, Dana and Phil will first explain the immense practical value of an experience-based approach to spirituality, and then dive into specific pathways of awakening, emphasizing the individual nature of these approaches and the importance of developing one’s personal set of practices. The overall emphasis will be on cultivating meaningful spiritual experiences and integrating them into daily life. Participants will have the opportunity to discuss their own views of, and history with, spiritual experiences. The afternoon will also feature a shared meditation session and guidelines for other practices.
