INTERFAITH SERVICE, SUN., FEB. 28, 3:00 in AMESBURY

The Chaplaincy Institute of Maine - Massachusetts Campus (ChIME-MA) invites you to attend an interfaith service on Sunday, Feb. 28, 3:00 pm - 4:00 pm at the Friends Meeting House, 120 Friend Street, Amesbury, MA. The service is titled "In The Presence Of". The service will address the questions: What do we really mean when we say that I believe in God? What is this based on? And what can happen when we shift our most profound and perplexing paradigm from believing that God is real, to experiencing the reality of God?" It will be led by Phil Boynton, Darcy Johnson and Jennifer Morriss.

ChIME is an interfaith seminary with programs in Amesbury, MA and Portland, ME. The monthly services, usually the fourth Sunday of each month (call or email Rev. Joel Grossman at 978.363.2063 or joelandsheilag@earthlink.net to confirm dates), draw on prayers and rituals from different faith traditions and spiritual practices around a central theme. To learn more about ChIME go to http://www.chimeofmaine.org/. These services are open to all. Refreshments will be served. For more information contact Rev. Joel at the number or address above.
